Master Forge - Masterforge grill
Couple of days ago I was grilling dinner and had finished the steaks, turned the grill off and went into the kitchen area to eat sat down at the table which is on a few feet from the grill and my wife said the grill is on fire. I looked out the bay window and saw that it was burning and flames were shooting out of the vents and knobs that work the gas.
I ran out and opened the dodor of the grill and pulled the tank out that was on fire. I was able to turn the valve to turn the gas off but I am sure that if we had not seen it when we did it may have blow us up.
I have sent two letters to Masterforge but they have not got back to me and after reading other reviews I don't believe they will. So I am going to post in all media that I can to stop their products from selling and maybe hurt someone.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

This happens, altho rarely. You had a bad connection or gas leak.
The only grill I buy is a Weber because of the quality. More expensive, but it lasts longer and is reliable.
