This company is run by complete ***
Ive had the pellet stove for less than a year and even though it is vacuumed and cleaned every two days, once a month there is a new part of the stove that breaks. Just recently the main part of the stove that is connected to the mother board was burnt due to the manufacturer ruining the wire up where it gets hottest the most. Do not buy any of this companys products, it is a waste of money.

The white lining on the top is crumbling and falling apart, and it doesn't work very well because the heat is going straight up the chimney.

Has never worked right. I have made calls multiple calls. replace multiple parts
Replace or refund. my stove is less than a year old. I have replaced multiple parts on the stove.and it still doesn't work right.would not recommended this stove.
Info on heater
Sucks, kept transferring to different people who by the way can't speak English for *** Then they tries reading the manual to me, what a joke. You are pathetic, companies these days suck. Do better.

So we've had this piece of crap expensive crap for around a year. The other day my husband shut it down to clean it.
As he always does daily, not to mention he cleans stove pipe weakly, which according to directions you shouldn't have to do but once a month. So anyway he shuts it down and it takes forever to cool off. Then out of no where it still after an hour and a half hasn't shut off begins to blow smoke out of the hopper where pellets are stored. The pellets in the stove were on fire.
No not blazing but enough to fill out house with smoke. So today my husband called the manufacturer about this. And asked him to send pictures which he did. But of course these are pictures taken after the stove caught on fire.
We are freezing. They told him it had to be due to lack of proper cleaning maintenance. Like I said he cleans it daily he is a clean freak so much so that it annoys me. There was no neglect.
He did the fall cleaning of stove and pipe vacuumed every day, uses cleaning stuff on door, but still it was our fault according to the manufacturer. Do not under any circumstances buy their products.
They did offer replacement parts, but who in there right mind would trust anything they made after this. We just wanted our money back to get a reliable heat source that won't scare you to death

Bought a Master Forge wall heater at Lowes and installed it . When it cycles off it starts popping.
Very loud and annoying. Contacted the distributor and they said it was normal.
No it is not!!
I replaced the same type heater ( different brand) that was on the wall for 20 years with no problems. Representative was not helpful at all.
Lowes said to bring it back and I will.
The fireplace insert won't light. And I can't get in touch with ANYONE to help me
The ignitor needs a battery but there's no instructions for installing it. NONE! And the entire assembly is vague and there's no images or drawings to help.

Can tank gauge #550**** be used on a 100lb tank
Called to find out if a Market Forge gauge could be installed on the tank . After a bit of a lengthy wait, I got the answer from the associate that answered the call.
She was professional and to the point...Well done! I would have no qualms about calling them for assistance in the future.

I cant get a hold of anybody who can help me with a part I need. There is no direct line to master forge.
When you search for a number you get sent to Lowes or someones personal phone. This company so far in my opinion is a joke. Iv head my stove for a year and its broken.
Spent $1800 on a piece of *** product and nobody can give me an answer. Moving on to a different company.

When trying to start the pellet stove, it goes straight from the cleaning cycle to the lighting cycle. It skips right over the feeding cycle.
It tries the lighting cycle for 10 minutes. The auger does not turn on at all. I have tried resetting multiple times. The auger does not turn on even when holding the timer button.
I just plugged this thing in for the first time and it's not working. I'm not too impressed. Do not call my phone - I don't have it on me during the working day.

Pellet stove won't light
We have only had this pellet stove for two years.Last year we had to replace a few parts and this year it just won't start no matter what they tell us to do.It is not worth the aggravation

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
No customer service is available. Don't buy this product from Master Forge. Their product is shabby to say the least.
