This is the new system of business. Keep all organizations involved in a product completely disconnected from the customer, so the ability to rectify an issue with a faulty product is almost impossible, at best extremely frustrating.
I purchased this stove as the primary heat source for my home and it hasn’t worked in over a month now and the company doesn’t even call back. Disgusting.
I installed the new motherboard, as advertised by the manufacturer, and the issues persist. The stove was purchased in September, so an exchange at Lowe's is not possible.
I rely on this stove as a main source of heat and expect a quick resolution given its inability to perform as advertised. This stove will either be exchanged for a new one, or I require a full refund and will continue business elsewhere.

Got a RA# and was told I could take this stove back. It caught pellets on fire in the hopper and melted the handle. It smoked up my whole house; it was terrible.

- Shutting it down, the stove re-ignited and burned.

- It was my only heat source, and it's freezing.
I shut down my pellet stove because I was leaving the house to go grocery shopping. I sat at my house for about an hour after shutting it down just to make sure it did.
I left for a few hours, came back, and my dogs were trying to knock the door down. The whole house was full of smoke. The pellet stove ignited back, completely turning off and shutting down. Burnt up the whole unit.
I do not know how the house didn’t catch on fire. My whole house is covered in smoke soot. This could have cost me everything I own!!!
This is crazy. And it was my only source of heat, and it is freezing right now.

My new wood stove has an ash hole in the bottom. It has a cast plug that is either in or out (no ability to control air flow into the stove).
It is the only source of air into the chamber. Horrible design.

Won't work
E5 error code. Shut it off and tried to restart 4 times.
Stove was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed out. So are the air vents.

Our main blower motor went out and the stove is under warranty but they won't answer phone or get back to you on email lowes is the one who sells this stove and lowes won't even do anything about it.
Heatervpurchased and installed 11/11/25 control valve froze on 12/25/25 $350.00 dollars at lowest and can't get any satisfaction I will never buy 1 again

My ignited quit working after 3 day's.
- Replacing the igniter will help us stay warm.
- We use portable heaters to heat a large home.
- We like our Master Forge heater and want it back.
By replacement of the igniter, so that we can keep warm. Plus cut my power bill down again.
I am using portable heaters to try and heat a big house.
We really like our master forge heater. Would enjoy having it back up and running.
Cheap non-durable product
Parts are thin and non-durable. After three years it is ready for the landfill.
Parts are horriby expensive. Had Charbroil for 20 years and no parts failed.

- The stove breaks a new part monthly despite cleaning, and the main part near the motherboard burned from manufacturer wiring; do not buy.
Ive had the pellet stove for less than a year and even though it is vacuumed and cleaned every two days, once a month there is a new part of the stove that breaks. Just recently the main part of the stove that is connected to the mother board was burnt due to the manufacturer ruining the wire up where it gets hottest the most. Do not buy any of this companys products, it is a waste of money.
